Q: I want to attend a show, can I buy tickets?
A: We sell advance tickets to select shows via E-Tix, and that site can be reached at the BUY TICKETS button up top or HERE. Both the door and the bar are CASH ONLY, but there is an ATM onsite!
Q: Is Springwater available for private events / video shoots / etc and what is the cost?
A: All booking and rental inquiries should be sent to Corey Tucker at bookthespring@gmail.com where a quote can be determined.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We have an ample parking lot with plenty of space for your personal or band vehicle, and we even rent spots for special events! All inquiries should be sent to Corey Tucker at bookthespring@gmail.com for parking lot / tailgate space rental.
Q: What is the age requirement at Springwater? Can I bring my child?
A: We do not allow patrons under the age of 21, regardless of the presence of a guardian.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: We allow dogs on either our front or back porch areas and are conveniently close to Centennial park!
Q: Do I need my ID?
A: Patrons and Performers must have a valid photo ID issued by either the state or federal government. Military ID, passports, driver licenses, are all examples of proper ID. Birth certificates, and student IDs are examples of improper ID and will not be accepted. Please also note that if your ID is broken or appears tampered with in anyway, you may not be allowed to enter.
Paper ID’s will only be accepted if issued by the state of Tennessee. Tennessee paper IDs will only be accepted for 20 days after date of issuance. Paper IDs from other states and/or entities will not be accepted.
Q: Does Springwater allow smoking?
A: We are a non-smoking establishment but we have ample front and back porch areas where you may smoke and enjoy your beverage!
Q: Are there games at Springwater?
A: Yes! We offer darts, pool, Golden Tee, pinball and more! Come visit us to see what it's all about!
Q: What am I NOT allowed to bring into the bar?
A: Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, the following:
Backpacks of any kind
Weapons of any kind
Illegal Drugs
Hula Hoops
